SCH Supplier helps you to deal with the lack of a common database and system to manage multiple distributors within your organization. Enterprises often engage in procurement of critical material and services, which requires them to deal with multiple suppliers at any given time.

Buyer team and suppliers can easily review delivery information, copy of invoice and documents, invoice can go through multiple level of approvals and payments made against the invoices are visible in the portal with automatic notifications.   
 

There is often the issue of ineffectiveness in reporting problems and changes involving vendors quickly. All forms of activity consisting of suppliers or management teams are hence required to follow a set protocol along with defined terms and standards. Documentation and assessment of every action is essential in order to handle discrepancies when problems arise.

Supplier portal helps with on-site audits events, modify control expectations/requirements, consistent reviewing of performance to validate efforts, a routine check of documents to evaluate risks as well as assessments among other conditions. This helps to further narrow down instances of obscurity or the lapse in regular, progressive communication.
